Craveable Concepts

About Tristate Restaurant Group
TriState Restaurant Group began with the opening of 22 West Tap & Grill in 2016, an industrial gastropub with a warm and friendly atmosphere, located on Route 22 West in Bound Brook, NJ. The restaurant quickly became known for their bar scene and unique events such as wine tastings. Even a pandemic couldn't stop them as they opened an outdoor patio, welcoming patrons with a new view in Somerset County.
Not long after, in fall of 2020, the group opened Oink and Moo BBQ & Burgers to fill a need for barbeque on Main Street in Somerville, NJ. Traveling the southern "BBQ Belt" from the Carolinas to Texas, the owners brought the southern flavors back home to the Garden State. The restaurant serves house-smoked meats with homemade barbeque sauces, including a gluten-free one!
In 2021, two new amazing restaurants were born! Epic Cookies, a cookie bake shop in Somerville, NJ, are known for their weekly Epically delicious cookie flavors. Also new in 2021 - Oink and Moo BBQ & Burgers in Holmdel, NJ! Putting a twist on the Tex-Mex barbecue flavors from the original Oink and Moo by adding them to high-quality burgers.
The amazing effort doesn't stop there because in 2022 - Even More Epic Bakery & Ice Cream Shop opened in downtown Somerville. Featuring high-butterfat Epic ice creams, milkshakes, and rolled ice cream - Even More Epic also boasts a large bakery case full of sweets, treats, cakes and more!
TriState Restaurant Group continues to bring their craveable concepts to New Jersey as we grow every year to provide food that NJ craves!
